Spartan Executive

A high performance late 30's executive cruiser, the Spartan Executive was one of the best executive transports for its day. Powered by a 450 hp Wasp Jr. the Spartan is highly prized and epitomizes the golden age of aviation. Every time I see one of these I'm reminded of the airplane used by Hank Reardon to search for the hidden valley of producers in Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged.
